Are your candles eco-friendly?Yes! We prioritize sustainability by using biodegradable soy wax and recyclable glass jars. Our candles are also cruelty-free and phthalate-free.

What are your candles made of?Our candles are crafted using a premium soy wax blend, cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils infused with essential oils. They’re designed to burn cleanly and evenly, filling your space with beautiful, lasting scents.

Where are your candles made?Each candle is hand-poured with care in Edmonton, AB.

How do I care for my candle?Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling (approximately 2hs) Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Why is my candle tunneling?Tunneling happens when the wax doesn't melt to the edges of the jar. To fix it, wrap aluminum foil around the rim and let the candle burn for a few hours.

How do I clean out a finished candle jar?Let the wax harden, then use warm, soapy water to loosen any residue. The jars are perfect for repurposing!

What if my candle arrives damaged?If your candle arrives damaged, please email us at INFO@QISCANADA.COM within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

Are your candles free of harmful chemicals?Yes, our candles are made without harmful chemicals like phthalates or paraffin.

Do you have unscented candles?Currently, all our candles are scented, but we’re working on introducing unscented options in the future.
